For our Kids

A Pasco County native, Erin graduated from Mitchell High School in 2006 before completing her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communications at Florida State University. Erin began her career in Tallahassee, working on the communications team for the Executive Office of the Governor. After several years of learning and working with some of the greatest communications professionals in the state, Erin moved to the Silicon Valley area of California with her husband, Nick, where she expanded her career into the tech marketing space. Erin and Nick moved back to Florida when they were ready to start a family, and in 2019, they made Pasco County their home again.

Erin paused her career in communications to raise her daughters and has since developed a growing interest in early childhood education and the public school system. She has spent much of the past several years involving herself in Pasco County Schools, volunteering with her children, and advocating for issues important to students and families in her community. She is currently a VPK Teaching Assistant at St. Thomas Aquinas Early Childhood Center in New Port Richey and is actively working on completing her Staff Accreditation.

Erin and her loving husband, Nick, have three young daughters: Rose (7), Lucy (5), and Nora (3). Rose and Lucy both attend school in Odessa, and Nora attends preschool in New Port Richey.

Erin believes in the power of open and honest communication. She believes our children’s future is only as bright as the light we shine on them now. A positive academic experience from day one, with transparent, frequent communication with families, teachers, and stakeholders in our communities, is what drives the vision of her campaign.
